Some pods/radio shows do it right. I don't listen to Marty and Sarah so I can't speak for them. Alvarez has this weird granny character on one of his shows that is awful.

I used to love listening to Jason Ellis when they would do some great voice stuff. Having Droopy tell positive stories with fucked up horrific endings is wonderful.
