How big do they get? Surely not over a liter? Our biggest in Australia are 16 oz and you only get them at the shitty chain store coffee shops.

A custard filled pastry with chocolate on top, basically. Not even really a doughnut, but still great.

 

I think my Dunkin Donuts calls it a Boston Creme, though I could be wrong.

 

Different things, same idea. Mine has both and a couple others like them.

 

I've been fortunate enough to live by excellent Chinese food shops with interesting names. First it was Jerry Yum's. Now it's Chin's Kitchens. Both delicious.

 

The conversation might have already passed, but if you like the brownie edges over the middles (centers?) then I can't trust you

 

Has anyone tried ketchup chicken? I know it sounds a little funky but holy shit it's amazing.

There's a place near me called Moon Wok, and I could have sworn I've seen a place called Wok and Woll. There's also a place called Bangkok Inn that's nearby. Hard to believe no one told them not to use that name.

Not yet. I'm trying not to make a habit out of it for health reasons, and as someone mentioned, it does make the house smell like grease.

That being said, I bought some onion ring batter mix that was on clearance for 50 cents, and am going to also try making Fried Mac and Cheese Balls Recipe next time. I'm certainly open to suggestions as I'm probably gonna try to do a bunch of stuff one more time and then just do away with the fryer.

 

Do you know if it's Roll with and "R" because I could've sworn I saw the more funny/racist version somewhere?

 

My dinner tonight: improvised chicken "salad".
baked chicken leg, romaine, cucumber, avocado, and Italian dressing.

 

Yeah it's Wok N Roll. It would've stuck with me otherwise

 

It was basically the same size of my bottle, only it tapers towards the bottom. A lot if that was ice, but still. It's a big cup haha.

 

I found out how to peel a banana from the other end and it's way faster.

If you don't know, squeeze the bottom and it should split, then you peel.

 

This actually sounds alright and pretty simple to make. I might have to try it.

 

Had Whataburger for dinner, people not from the South have no idea what they're missing.

 

Five Guys is so dang good.

 

I second that on Five Guys.

I've only had Whataburger once and I was hammered, so I can't fairly comment on it. It was obviously amazing at the time though.

 

It's best when drunk!
