This is how Metallica did it. On the day, you could vote for the final song of the setlist to be added in out of three; the three which were most picked out of what was left.

The awesome thing about Metallica was that it included pretty much EVERY song they're ever played, including Ramones covers etc. For blink, that'd be the same as Flyswatter, NOFX and Dinosaur Jr. covers etc. Imagine that...

Maybe blink don't want to risk having to learn 5* new songs? Haha
