im adamant about the fact that all of his music is going to sound the same regardless if he uses distortion or delay. He has a very narrow scope of melodies and lyrics.

It doesn't matter if he calls it by a different name. If he hardly learns any new tricks and doesn't like collaborating with other people, it's going to be the same as everything else he's done.

Makes Me Sick has gotten way more plays from me than California did when it first came out.

 

I've been meaning to give new At The Drive In a flogging but seeing The Wombats at Sydney opera house tonight so been on a kick with them all week.
Really looking forward to zac brown and asgeir albums this week

 

I wouldn't mind mark being on a potential reunion album as a song feature. It could kind of be closure to the fans in a way

Surely. With it only been ten amazing songs. Knowing NFGs penchant for bsides surely there's a handful for our eager ears

 

Seeing as how I have played California at least once a week since it dropped, I will probably be playing Cali Dx for a good long while. Am slowly getting into this NFG album too though.

Yea, no need for blink to get outclassed every night of tour.

 

I'm sure it would also mean higher ticket prices and a shorter Blink set, as Green Day would close and probably play for like 2 hours.

 

Tickets are already too much for me to want to go to a bigger show. I could afford them, but it keeps me from actually buying tickets.

Didn't they do equal sets back in the day?

 

I think so, but I think they were also of equal size back then (with Blink coming off of Enema and TOYPAJ just coming out). Plus, Green Day's Warning was kinda flopping. Since then, Green Day is pretty much back on top.
